• Preserve the historical and cultural uniqueness of Cecil County.


• Continue as lead sponsor for preserving the important values of the Fair Hill Area including the Fair Hill Horse Center.


• Assist landowners in achieving as many easements as funds allow.


• Participate in funded water quality efforts important in stream buffering and health of the Chesapeake Bay.
